Computer Problems

In an Internet cafe, just dropping in to say hi... hate these places ! 1 euro for 15 mins ! Aaaarggh !

Anyways my computer hasn't been working for 3 weeks... and its annoying now.... it needs a new Graphics cards apparently ... 160 euro to buy a new one and have it fitted !

    It costs that much to upgrade?

    Are you a gamer, or is it because you are paying someone labor to install it?

    If you can do it on your own and you are not a gamer, a simple graphics card can be had for as little as $30 USD. On a desktop anyway, it's very simple to swap them out. Laptops are a different story....

    BA..

    I'm not a gamer but apparently a lot of the cheap cards won't "fit" in my desktop.... the connections would fit in.... so my only option apparently is the expensive Graphics card which was originally installed...

    Sorry but I'm rushing in an Internet cafe - my 15 mins of fame for 1 euro are nearly up !
